Audience Member The animation is not well done but still kinda funny it sounds like a remake Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review Audience Member IT WAS ONE OF FUNNIEST ANIMATED FILMS I EVER SEEN CHEECH ANG CHONG WAS WONDERFUL Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/19/23 Full Review Audience Member Once upon a time, there was a film that came out in the late 70's called Up In Smoke. It wasn't the funniest film, but it did generate a few laughes. This film starred Cheech Marin and Tommy Chong who starred in many other movies together like Nice Dream's and Next Movie. 30 years later, they come out with their first animated movie. How is it?........ I guess its alright. I have never been the biggest Cheech and Chong fan mainly because of their redundence. But I thought a animated film would be good with them in it. The problem I have with this movie is that it doesn't have any continuity or plot whatsoever. Its Movie 43... BUT WITH THE SAME PEOPLE AND ANIMATED! AND ACTUALLY FUNNY! The best sketch is with the Cheech and Chong dogs which is hilarious. The Sister Mary and Horendo Revolver stuffi isn't that funny because they only revovle around one joke that goes on forever. The animation is ok but is also redundent because they use the same title cards where the title is lit up and smoke blows at you. It gets very tired very fast. If you like Cheeck and Chong then you will probably like a flea trying to get high off of Chong. 66/100 C+ Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/04/23 Full Review Audience Member As a long time fan of Cheech and Chong, I was blown away by most of this film. I say *most* because some skits didn't resonate with me (Tortured Old Man and Up His Nose are two examples). Otherwise, if you own and listen to all their records (which I do!), you may enjoy this movie more. For those claiming that C&C don't have any new material, keep in mind that they basically freshened up their older skits for a new audience and it's always possible that some will not get the jokes as much as others. I would actually prefer another live-action movie from C&C. Oh, and if you like to toke with MJ, you will like this even more. It's not for everyone but it sure as hell got the job done for me! Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review Audience Member CHEECH AND CHONG'S ANIMATED MOVIE review by FAT Mike the legendary Cheech & Chong as you've never seen them before. in their very first Animated Movie watch some of their classic most outrageous routines and laugh-out-loud lines from their Grammy Award-winning albums come to life. I grow up watching Cheech and Chong scenes I was around 10-12 I still remember my first time seeing UP IN SOMKE and I've been a big fan ever scenes. So when I heard about CHEECH AND CHONG'S ANIMATED MOVIE I couldn't wait to see it. At the start of CHEECH AND CHONG'S ANIMATED MOVIE I was laughing my ass off but near the end I found that some of the new stuff was dry and a bit boring not to say I didn't like it. I loved that most of my favourite routines were in it like "Dave's not here," "Let's make a dope deal", "Pedro And the man" and lets not forget everyone's favourite song "earache my eye". I would of really liked to see a animated version of the blind melon chitlin routine but then the movie would be even longer. The animation is awesome and it was awesome the see new CHEECH AND CHONG I enjoyed CHEECH AND CHONG'S ANIMATED MOVIE but if you've seen STILL SMOKING and HEY WATCH THIS you will be use to the routines but now it's in a runchy outrages cartoon. cheers and remember life will never suck as long as there is a GOOD movie to watch. 7.5 out of 10 For news, reviews, and everything in between checkout THE PALE KIDS http://www.facebook.com/ThePaleKids follow us on twitter: https://twitter.com/The_palekids Find us on tumblr: http://the-palekids.tumblr.com/ & For more reviews by Fat Mike check out https://www.facebook.com/pages/FAT-MIKEs-Movie-Reviews/323059367812333 Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/03/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
