Finally alone for the holidays, Luther (Tim Allen) and Nora Krank (Jamie Lee Curtis) plan to eschew the Christmas traditions and take a cruise in the Caribbean instead. This doesn't sit well with their Christmas-obsessed neighbors Vic Frohmeyer (Dan Aykroyd) and Walt Scheel (M. Emmet Walsh), who are determined to win the annual "best decorated street" competition, and the Kranks soon find themselves social outcasts because of their lack of Christmas spirit.

I found this movie, surprisingly decent. It had a pretty good amount of funny moments, I like the characters, I like the premise, the story about halfway through does dull a bit, but it has a very sweet ending. If it were any other actor this movie wouldn’t be as good, but I feel Tim Allen was what this movie needed to make it just a little better. Funniest part of the movie, the opening scene of Tim Allen in the rain.

THIS. MOVIE. IS. SPECTACULAR. Superb acting. Tim Allen is just great. Jamie Lee Curtis is excellent. It’s an important part of my bedtime routine. I watch it every single night. I’m a 38 year old adult. That’s how much this movie means to me. I don’t like much about it honestly, it’s just my favorite movie. I don’t even know why. WATCH IT, YOU WON’T REGRET IT!!!!!
