Leslie Felperin Observer (UK) There is shockingly bad dialogue and a lot of extras waiting to fall over dead as Eckhart’s killer for hire finds all is not what it seems. Rated: 2/5 Oct 22, 2024 Full Review JK Sooja Common Sense Media Unfortunately, this film has too many problems to warrant a recommendation. Nov 12, 2024 Full Review Emilie Black Cinema Crazed Classified is a film that feels like it had no ambitions, no goal beyond “making a film”. There is a story, it’s on the screen, but that is about all there is to say about it. Nov 6, 2024 Full Review Todd Jorgenson Cinemalogue Solid portrayals and scenic visual backdrops can’t save this derivative thriller, in which some character-driven intrigue is overwhelmed by generic action and nondescript villains. Oct 25, 2024 Full Review Gary M. Kramer MovieJawn Ultimately, Classified plays out like the body GPS Shaw is equipped with by his handlers. It works well in the beginning, and it is fun to watch him go through the motions, but once he goes off-mission, things go sideways, never to recover. Oct 22, 2024 Full Review Mark Keizer MovieWeb A slew of action thriller clichés, logy fight choreography, dull pew-pew shootouts and a miscast Abigail Breslin. Dale A Watched to the end just to be sure. Yup, I'm sure. One of the worst movies I've ever seen. OMG Plot was not important or gritty in any way. Dialog was laughable in its best moments. Acting was, well, not acting (wrong casting for sure), and the directions were amature. The fight scenes were Sesame Street level, and all the shoot em up, blow em up near the end was plain stupid. The ending itself, lame. So no, don't waste your time on this one, I did it for you. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 05/29/25 Full Review Jeffery H I actually like the story/plot and the actors. But the action and mechanics in this movie are ridiculous. It's kind of like those YouTube videos that make fun of how bad a shot storm troopers are. Seriously, the action mechanics are that bad. Some of the bad guys in this movie are a worse shot than the storm troopers in the YouTube videos! Rated 1 out of 5 stars 05/20/25 Full Review David E The first half was quite good. Then it just went on too long. Ekhardt's performance as a hitman was chilling. Abigail Breslin was also good. It was refreshing to see someone who does not look like a supermodel in a major role. The cinematography was very good. The shots of Malta were stunning. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 04/26/25 Full Review Audience Member This movie is better than Open Water, Shooter, and The Ritual Killer, however it's still one of the worst. There is bad and unrealistic gun play, my husband said there were paint ball masks but I have no idea what they look like so I'll just believe him, there was ONE computer in the Italian library in the middle of the floor? What? For the whole lot of visitors? The cafe also had a ROTARY PHONE like it was 1980. Not only was the acting not great but Abigail Breslin was absolutely miscast. This was not a role for her. I hate to say it but she was also not fit enough for it. This is supposedly a CIA based type of film with running, shooting, and a lot of movement and she could barely keep up. Also there was an RPG fired and a dude fell from the computer chair but the computers were fine lol? Main character got shot in the final showdown and Abigail was like "I'll get you a bandage!" But they literally had nothing with them. She was off screen for like 5 seconds so where did she go and where did she find this med pack? Somehow Shaw found a shotgun in the middle of this gun fight that held ARs and other automatic weapons and was shooting it but where did it come from? Had closed captions on and it kept saying "vocalist vocalizing." Not even like... "Vocalist singing," or "orchestral chanting." Yes. Vocalists do vocalize. That's how they get sound out. There are many other fxck ups in this movie lmao. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 04/20/25 Full Review JimBob D Quite possibly one of the worst movies I have seen! I didn't have the stamina to watch more than about 45 minutes of Classified. This movie was painful to watch. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 04/15/25 Full Review Jason G Potato 😂 Below zero!
