It made no sense. I wish I could get my hour and a half back. There was so many inconsistency's like I know it's just a movie but where did logic go? His ear is under the bears coochie then the bear gets up and his head is NOT anywhere near that so why did they even say that in the movie????? Stupid reference I know but it's the one that stuck in my head cause literally why did they say that? When it was very clearly not at all what was happening?

Much silliness and gore. It made me laugh out aloud several times. If you decide to watch this movie and expect a serious, realistic version of the story you will be disappointed. If you watch it with the expectation of a quick goofy premise, you will finish this ridiculous movie with a smile. Stay through the end credits.

This is a nice companion piece if you're interested in the movie version. I enjoyed learning about all the real twists and turns in the backstory. I grew up in Texas during the time of the assassination of Federal Judge John Wood, so finding out that Cocaine Bear was tangentially connected to that was a little mind-blowing.
