I agree. But I saw it because it is directed by Renny Harlin - although the abs were quite something... But it was a late night and wanted mindless entertainment to avoid the inevitability of sleep. Too bad it was not entertaining. Shot in very low quality and edited with some 30-day trial software (that might be harsh), this no-budget film amazes me that it received a DVD release.
