Sara Michelle Fetters MovieFreak.com It’s a half-baked sleazy and steamy thriller that never has the guts to be particularly sleazy and is too puritanical about sex to be considered steamy. Rated: 1.5/4 Aug 20, 2024 Full Review Joe Leydon Variety Blockbuster store shelves used to be overburdened to the point of near-collapse with unremarkable trifles such as this. Aug 16, 2024 Full Review Dennis Schwartz Dennis Schwartz Movie Reviews The disjointed film left me not caring about who is the killer. Rated: C- Sep 15, 2024 Full Review Jeffrey M. Anderson Common Sense Media This thriller ranks a couple of notches above other B movies of its ilk, thanks to the cast putting in a little extra effort, but its pacing and plotting are nonsensical and monotonous. Rated: 2/5 Sep 6, 2024 Full Review Carla Hay Culture Mix Trashy and idiotic, Crescent City is an embarrassment to crime dramas. This awful and stupid movie is filled with substandard performances in a poorly written story about police on the hunt for a serial killer. A plot twist at the end is laughably bad. Aug 24, 2024 Full Review Daniel Eagan Film Legacy Give credit to the filmmakers for being willing to go darker than necessary. The atmosphere is moody and decadent enough to satisfy noir fans, but the plot keeps veering into strange digressions. Aug 20, 2024 Full Review Read all reviews

Lloyd S I hate Alec Baldwin! Why the Fck he gets roles?! He is a murderer!!! Americans have no empathy toward the woman he shot?! Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 12/15/24 Full Review Theo S. Hero S Thought this had a chance when I saw Terrance Howard, Alec Baldwin and Esai Morales, but NOPE! I'm really surprised they couldn't get a better lady actor/police officer, the lady with the blow up lips is a really bad actor. This is a waste of time, I could barely watch 30 minutes. SO glad I didn't pay for this movie. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 10/18/24 Full Review TJ B One word for this movie - Unwatchable. 30 minutes in I turned it off. I love both actors after seeing Esai Morales in Ozark play a dastardly Mexican Cartel Lieutenant and Terrence Howard was incredible in "Crash" many years ago, but both were completely out of their element here. A lousy script from the start, these veteran actors should have passed on this one. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 09/16/24 Full Review Big F I was excited when I saw Terrance Howard in the movie! But the movie turned out to be a major disapointment! I would not recommend to anyone!
