John J For a low budget movie, it's quite well made. Acting is quite well, however some obvious flaws. The first ten minutes are exceptional, making it seem like you're watching a real police officer on his usual duty. However, after the officer was murdered and his uniform taken, the movie doesn't take into mind any police tactics, if this scenario were real, the guy wouldn't last anywhere near as long as he did. Especially in the end scene, the cops there are either plain stupid and awfully trained, or just wanted to be killed. There were several errors in that scene, such as the officers not seeing him right behind them after the guy slaughtered a cop! Overall, it's a good film. I'd love to see a sequel if it were improvised with realism taken into account.
