A.L.Jude P Good effort made to remember Ray Liottas final appearance. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 04/21/24 Full Review C R A solid B-movie with a solider cast. Part family drama -part sea survival -part action movie. It changes gears frequently enough to never get dull and has a female protagonist that reacts and acts realistically to the situations, which can be a rarity in this field. Whilst it doesn't break any new ground in terms of story or techniques, it's a decent get away that will happily fill a lazy sunday. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 03/27/24 Full Review Jelisije J The movie starts off ok and then it takes a dive through crazy land and never returns to reality. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/16/24 Full Review Cronis I just can't understand what sense it made to start a film from the end, in the first second of the film you can see the protagonist telling what happened, I spectator in the first second of films I already know that the protagonist in any dangerous situation will however survive for You already showed me to the first second of the movie! however sufficient movie if we remove 2/3 scenes to say the least embarrassing Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/15/24 Full Review Laura W The storyline feels like it was written by a computer. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/03/24 Full Review Chester The basic storyline had a lot of potential but a few things prevent this movie from being any good...the dialogue, directing, editing, acting (especially Eric Dane), etc. Some scenes are really, really bad. I have the impression that Odeya Rush has gotten the roles that Joey King, for example, has turned down but, now that's she's older, has gained the physical presence to be in more action-orientated films... hopefully, better ones than this. Phil Hoad Guardian An unsubtle and faintly ludicrous outing that at least is never boring. Rated: 3/5 Oct 9, 2023 Full Review Dennis Schwartz Dennis Schwartz Movie Reviews At least I didn't get seasick watching it. Rated: C Nov 22, 2023 Full Review Jeffrey M. Anderson Common Sense Media It has decent acting and cinematography, but this frustrating thriller is one of those movies in which the characters are either excruciatingly dim -- or terrible at hiding their true motivations. Rated: 2/5 Nov 13, 2023 Full Review Liz Braun Original Cin Dangerous Waters is a lot like an after-school TV special, only violent. Dubious, predictable, and short on character development, this B-movie cheesefest is nonetheless watchable thanks to a spirited performance from Odeya Rush (Lady Bird). Rated: C-plus Nov 10, 2023 Full Review Carla Hay Culture Mix With horrendous film editing, Dangerous Waters (which is about a boat vacation that goes very wrong) has too many plot holes that are bigger than the ocean where much of this misguided story takes place. Nov 3, 2023 Full Review Joel Copling Spectrum Culture There is a sense of comfort in its predictability, just as there is a sense of exasperation. Oct 17, 2023 Full Review Read all reviews
