finally, a good movie with a plotline. the director focused on the story and the characters. you actually cared about the good guys. they didnt waste a ton of time like other movies on CGI and being flashy. back to basics and telling a good story. and they had a bullwhip fighting scene..... cant recall the last time I saw that in a movie. too bad this one is in limited release. I am REALLY glad I saw the trailer on YouTube and decided to go see it on my movie night. HIGHLY suggest you sit and watch this one, especially if you enjoy and miss Unforgiven and movies like that.

I've read other reviews and I'm a bit of a buff.plot and story are excellent. Great character build and well rounded.as far as cinematography and direction ,I do believe this film, In its monochromatic layout was Intended to look and feel like the old B and W's of the 40s and 50s.its a nostalgic art piece that should be scrutinized with less angst compared to modern day movie experiences!!!

What a waste of good actors for such a huge bore, worst of all, ended with the most ridiculous and idiotic shootout. The script is moronic and the script writer also directed it which made it even worse as he kept the whole movie behind a brown color filter (only hell can know his reason for this bullshit), repeating similar angles and shots over and over again. This must be one of the worst Western Movies ever produced. Not even William and Christopher can rescue this. 2/10 points.
