I have discovered that I really like Taiwanese melodrama, perhaps because of the bare cry that accompanies all the sentences or perhaps because there is always a space for love to enter the scene. Maybe this movie could have saved some things, but it works well to pass the time watching a story of tolerance and mourning.

This Taiwanese family drama revolving around a recently deceased man's eccentric wife, his temperamental gay lover and his passive-aggressive son overwhelmed with loss, betrayal and diffidence endears further with its oddball drollery and perspicacious sensitivity.
