After young serial killer Debbie Strand (Jodi Lyn O'Keefe) manages to escape from her mental institution, she is intent on picking up where she left off, this time heading to college, assuming the identity of a girl she has murdered. Debbie settles easily into her new life at school, where she develops an obsession with one of the professors there, Sam Deckner (Jsu Garcia). However, her violent ways result in more bloodshed and significantly threatens her romantic aspirations.

Poorly written, poorly acted, unlikable characters, a story with no imagination, twists, or tension. This one is such a disappointment and letdown compared to the original. Stay far away.

It's pretty much the same as the first film, but worse, and I'm not even sure how the badly untasteful first film warranted a sequel. Same dis-likable characters that need to be punched in the face and wiped off the face of the earth. Don't waste any time with crap like this.

Escaped female mental patient assumes the identity of a rich student who gives her a ride but accidentely dies on the trip. She immediately becomes obsessed with the creative writing professor and becomes a noticeably bad influence on her homely roommate, who appears to have never drank but is ready to let loose at college.

Escaped patient of the mental institution assumes a co-ed's identity and targets her teacher's affections. You can easily guess where this goes. Teacher seems open to the extracurricular activities for a spell.
