Higgins ! This was a very low-budget feature even for its time. It came off as an extremely poor TV movie. Ultimately, this little lost slice of time (1981 was when it was released) might bear a little nostalgia for some, but it truly doesn't have much more to offer. The acting is low-rent, the tone is all over the place, and this was originally intended to be a pilot for a TV series but instead was put out in theaters to poor reception (a few minutes in and you'll see why).
