Dale R Based on a true story of eight sled dogs that get left in Antarctica during winter and their owner, played by Paul Walker, trying to get back to them. There is some solid acting in this film from Paul Walker and Bruce Greenwood. The story is also fairly well done, though I wasn’t on board with the love story as that didn’t seem necessary for the overall plot. The dogs were well trained and played their parts very well. Overall a serviceable movie that I think is worth your time. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 07/07/24 Full Review Cody W There's one thing that I really want to say about EIGHT BELOW, and I think everybody is going to love what I am going to say. These dogs are the real heroes. No question about it. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/09/24 Full Review Allison S The acting sucks. All of the actors are absolutely horrible and unbearable to watch. However, I recommend watching it how my sister and I do - we fast forward to watch just the parts with the dogs. 1/10 for the humans, 10/10 for the dogs. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/06/24 Full Review Ravi T I actually really enjoyed this movie. It's not an amazing movie by any means...but there's something about dogs and snow that really gets me. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 10/28/23 Full Review Rob A An outstanding tearjerker and must see, especially for animal lovers. The late Paul Walker gives an excellent performance, and Bruce Greenwood does his thing. How they got such great acting out of the dogs (stranded in Antarctica for a year, struggling to survive) I have no idea! Stream it today, but don't forget the kleenex... Rated 4 out of 5 stars 10/21/23 Full Review Liam N Top 10 underrated Disney movie of alltime. This winter flick also contains a Hidden gem preformance from the late Paul walker. 8.1/10 Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/06/23 Full Review Read all reviews
