Critics Consensus

This homage to the B-movies of the '50s has a promising first half, but runs out of ideas in the second.

Jonathan S. @jonsanchez94 Oct 20 Nice homage to the 50’s B Monster Movies. See more Jean B Jul 4 Delightful to watch, it is not a great 2000’s movie but it is much better quality than what we are getting now ! See more Jacob B 10/28/2024 A charmingly silly creature feature, Eight Legged Freaks [sic] might not reach the cinematic perfection of something like Tremors but it does have a few good quotes, funny moments, surprisingly awesome scenes of people facing off against the titular freaks and knows exactly what kind of movie it is. I'm sure I'm not the first to say this quote but what the hell, I'm too amused by it to pass it up: my second-favourite arachnid-based film from 2002. See more Sabi A 10/28/2024 This is a cult classic. It’s so bad it’s GREAT. I personally love the movie that it’s one of the few I bought. I love a good giggle and this movie is just that.
