Sadly not the replacement for The X-Men franchise we had been hoping for, Enhanced is strictly a TV movie affair.

The filmmakers of Enhanced should have titled this movie Flimsy X-Men Ripoff if they wanted more truth in advertising. It's a formulaic and mindless flick about mutants being hunted by humans.

On paper, this is all pretty fun stuff... Watching it, however, isn't much fun at all, even though it's clear that the director is mostly interested in attempting to stage a legibly shot, cleanly choreographed action movie.

Enhanced is certainly derivative but it's also good escapist fun, even if it's the kind of film you'd be more likely to watch on a lazy Sunday afternoon at home than in a theater.

Horrible from top to bottom. Flat acting, character motivations are poorly explained and developed. Plot is insipid. One of the worst movies I've ever seen.

Horrible. I literally signed up to Rotten Tomatoes just to say how horrible this was. A sad cross between Jet Li's "The One" and the tv series "Hannah" (almost looked like the same actress). Cast is fine, the writing is just offensive to anyone who actually enjoys movies.

This movie was an amazing sequel to the 2018 movie "Kill Order". It surrounds the concept of Yin and Yang as acual livings. For Yin, this seemed to be part of the plan, but as for Yang, he is trapped here, as his lifeforce has been stolen and dispersed as an energy source for other humans. This is how they were "Enhanced". The 1st movie gathered this much information, whereas this one is more about how Yang is "taking the power back", so to speak. I hope to see more of Yin in a sequel. Time shall tell.
