John DeFore The Hollywood Reporter An underheated mad-scientist tale cares more about emotional baggage than thrills. Apr 16, 2013 Full Review Debbie Lynn Elias Behind The Lens Errors Of The Human Body is a thought-provoking, slow burn thriller that speaks to the moral conscience within each of us when it comes to science versus ethics and playing God. Nov 27, 2019 Full Review Nicholas Bell IONCINEMA.com The film eventually reveals that it has no interest in delivering the thrills or chills that its foreboding first half painstakingly constructs, instead settling for mediocre melodrama. Aug 12, 2019 Full Review Sarah Ward Trespass As smart as it is suspenseful and as contemplative as it is creepily effective, the feature swarms with the potential of its competent helmer and commanding lead actor, even as it drifts towards an intriguing conclusion. Dec 4, 2018 Full Review Deirdre Crimmins Film Thrills The film itself is quiet, as is Eklund's performance, but the research they are conducting, and the beautiful space of the lab, always give you something to keep your mind occupied. Aug 21, 2018 Full Review Aaron Yap Flicks (AU, NZ, UK) Benefits from a riveting lead performance by the piercing-eyed Michael Eklund, who brings a brooding, destructive impulsiveness to his geneticist Geoff Burton. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 12/09/24 Full Review Audience Member wow this was bad. don't. go watch anything Cronenberg. do not waste your time. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/26/23 Full Review Audience Member So boring and slow-moving that my thoughts kept wandering and I couldn't follow anything. The descriptions of "intense" or "thriller"... not accurate at all. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/26/23 Full Review Audience Member A little slow. But science-people will enjoy it. On the flipside, for fellow scientists/biomeddies/meddies, four words: autosomal dominant or recessive ??? That will determine the believability of the ending ... I struggled honestly. Nice concept though. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/10/23 Full Review Audience Member A cerebral, beautifully acted piece of dramatic science fiction. I feel as if the audience score is being tamped down by those who might have wanted a riff on Alien or another infected zombie flick. Errors is, thankfully, something much more unique, refined, and resonant. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/20/23 Full Review Audience Member This movie bored me to death. Nothing happens in this flick. NOTHING!!! Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/21/23 Full Review Read all reviews
