A plane crashes into the jungles of Vietnam, and Hamelin (Jean Chevrier), a well-respected engineer, is the only survivor. Two arms dealers (André Versini, Fivos Razi) discover Hamelin among the plane's wreckage and rescue him. When the duo learn who he is, they decide to hold Hamelin for ransom. Meanwhile, Hamelin's wife, Sylvie (Barbara Laage), embarks on a mission to discover the whereabouts of her husband, and rescue him from the gunrunners.
