David W A very well made adaptation of the Alistair MacLean novel. A great example of a quality early 70's action suspense movie with excellent car chases, acting, location use, music, some effective plot twists and a hirsute Ben Kingsley. What more do you want on a Sunday afternoon? Rated 4 out of 5 stars 07/19/23 Full Review Audience Member Well acted but a little long and drawn out Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/19/23 Full Review delysid d this is a pretty cool film. its the kind of made for TV action film that they don't make anymore Rated 4 out of 5 stars 05/17/20 Full Review Audience Member An excellent Maclean film adaption, the suspense towards the end is kept on the boil nicely-there's a decent car chase too Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/14/23 Full Review Audience Member This is not the best or easiest Alistair MacLean story to try and transfer to film, but a fair job has been made of it. You also get to see Ben Kingsley with hair! Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/06/23 Full Review Audience Member Talbot is one hard cunt. A quality car chase at the start and the ending is fucking mental it's like James Bond on acid. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Emilie Black Cinema Crazed Overall, Fear is the Key is an uneven film with a great first third that really gets the viewer into the story and then it gets slow, leading to a loss of interest. Rated: 3/5 Mar 12, 2024 Full Review Read all reviews
