Aspiring Secret Service agent Sam Simms (Sinbad) is none too happy when he discovers that he has been assigned to guard teenager Luke (Brock Pierce), the rambunctious son of the United States president (James Naughton). While Simms and Luke initially clash, they slowly form a friendship, particularly bonding over the young student's issues with a bully. The pair's improved relationship, however, doesn't stop the trouble-prone kid from getting into plenty of antics.

Sinbad's movie career was hot for about a year with this, Houseguest, and Jingle All The Way. Pretty much the only good scene is where Sinbad fires a ridiculously sized spitball at Tim Allen's oldest son from Home Improvement.

The movie itself was pretty entertaining, and it would get tiring after a while, but sinbad just being in anything makes it so much better!

This is a pretty watchable kids movie. It isn't ground breaking and it really doesn't show us anything new, but it is still pretty entertaining with some very funny moments. Zachary Brian sure isn't that great of an actor though is he. Quite an impressive cast though for a movie like this. Some decent slapstick and some funny moments from Sinbad make this good for the whole family.

I totally remember the scene where the feeble white kid slaps a bully. Then, Sinbad teaches him to be manly because knowing how to work a punching bag will solve all of your problems in life.
