Devan Coggan Entertainment Weekly It's Crudup who steals every scene, whether he's waxing philosophical about the benefits of iCloud or blackmailing Bud with a charming, unsettling grin. Rated: B Jul 15, 2015 Full Review Bilge Ebiri New York Magazine/Vulture Story-wise, nothing in Glass Chin will surprise you. But stylistically, the film's got something cool going on. Jun 26, 2015 Full Review Odie Henderson RogerEbert.com The true measure of a good tale is in the telling, and writer-director Noah Buschel spins his yarn in an unexpected, ultimately satisfying fashion. Rated: 3/4 Jun 26, 2015 Full Review Aaron Pinkston Battleship Pretension Besides being a moody piece, the film is also very much a character study, profiling Gordon and his relationships with every supporting character. Jan 13, 2021 Full Review Chris Bumbray JoBlo's Movie Network It's a truly nifty little neo-noir gem that deserves to find an audience. Rated: 8/10 Jul 15, 2015 Full Review Matt Prigge Metro It's compact and stripped down, but it contains multitudes. Rated: 3/5 Jun 26, 2015 Full Review Read all reviews

Audience Member Has the vibes of a boxing movie the punch of a Disney movie Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/05/22 Full Review farah r A half hour in and I felt like I've had enough. There's nothing to captivate or intrigue about all the dialogue and slow paced scenes. Glass Chin was mostly an annoying waste of time. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member I mean, I just can't get enough of this director. He's incredible. Every performance in this whole film is out of this world. I thought Corey Stoll was so so. But this movie is so fun to watch. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/19/23 Full Review Audience Member Loved the camerawork. Some frames we are shown everything, others nothing. Menacing atmosphere beneath peaceful surface. Threat of violence is constantly there but - unusual for a boxing/criminal world setting - it only happens off screen. Actors top rate. SPOILER When I talk about "framing" ,it is very important in this movie (lol). Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/22/23 Full Review Audience Member Has the vibes of a boxing movie the punch of a Disney movie Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/16/23 Full Review Audience Member Just finished watching this on DVD and it was a waste of time. Honestly, I fast forwarded through the last 1/3 of the movie because it was a bit slow and the buildup to the anticlimactic end was a disappointment. Not recommended.
