Audience Member Loved the gothic forest with the dense fog. Loved how Jin was a jhinn, and how the ground swallowed the phone. Had decent special effects. Decent story line. Had creepy moments in it, which I loved. Did leave a little bit to be desired. Leaves u questioning if the actual forest is cursed in the movie and in real life. Crazy twist at the end, man she had one evil mom! I found myself somewhat entertained though. ♡■■♡ Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/29/23 Full Review Audience Member The half Japanese or Hawaiian or whichever she was girl was hot. The movie sucked. I don't know why, but I kept trying to compare it to well....the new Fatal Frame. At least in theory, it sounded like there were similar elements. The ending was dumb. The whole movie was boring and it just seemed like it was going nowhere. I'm saying to take a huge pass on this one. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/24/23 Full Review Audience Member Moody but less than invigorating horror that doesn't capture the imagination. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/06/23 Full Review Audience Member Pretty good overall - quite slow to get going, but the plot thickens. The characters could be a little stronger in places, but as there is a lot of intrigue and covering up by the locals, it's difficult to gauge this. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/28/23 Full Review farah r A decent horror with a twist on the average ghost story. It plays out to a satisfying conclusion leaving its audience with a spooky Halloween experience. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member Excessive imagination of the Japanese suicide forest inspired this Halloween movie but it doesn't stand out in any way and the horror effects are so ludicrous that the movie is a bore to sit through Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/24/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
