Definitely recommended. Has the cheesey sports sports cliches like most movies do but good movie about faith. Actually one of the better sports movies I’ve seen

Just watched this on Amazon by chance. Went in with zero expectations and was shocked at how much I enjoyed this film. As others mentioned, I actually cried at a few points, the mother’s grief was very hard to watch. Acting was well done. Going to watch this again with my adult children over Thanksgiving, it’s that good.

An incredible heart warming story. The underdog becoming great and bringing those around him up with him. A good Christian story about a good Christian man loving those that were cruel to him and in return they became his freinds.

“Inspiring Story with Some Familiar Beats” – 4/5 Greater tells the true story of Brandon Burlsworth, a walk-on who worked his way up to become an All-American at Arkansas. It’s an uplifting film about hard work, faith, and never giving up, and it definitely hits those notes well. The performances feel genuine, especially from the lead, and the movie does a good job showing the struggles and triumphs Brandon faced. At the same time, it leans into some typical sports movie clichés and predictable moments, which makes it a bit less exciting than it could be. Still, if you like sports stories with heart and real-life inspiration, Greater is worth a watch. It’s a solid film that reminds you how far determination can take you.
