There are many funny scenes, but it doesn't lose purpose for its main vision. The movie is all heart. There are a lot of life lessons which makes it very relatable. It's a fresh take on the holiday genre. Grumpy Old Santa has a wonderful story and message at the end. I enjoyed the actor's portrayals of the characters they played as well.
