Cinephile B May 23 I haven't seen the movie "Hayao Miyazaki and the Heron". I saw another movie called "The Boy and the Heron". I made a mistake because I was not familiar with the English title. I asked Rotten Tomatoes Customer Service to delete my review, but they said it's not possible. The direction is excellent in cramming 6 years of a production process into 2 hours and you end with a deeper understanding of Hayao Miyazaki and the Studio Ghibli. You will be utterly shocked and touched on how much these two are intertwined.
