After the shocking death of a small-town reverend, insurance investigator Leo Hobbins arrives at Emmaus Holy and interviews the church secretary, Darlene Halsey. Writer/director Travis Burgess sets himself a difficult task in HAYSEED. It’s both a comedy set in a small town in Michigan filled with eccentric characters and a mystery whodunnit. Fortunately for us, he manages to pull off this juggling act.

Travis Burgess nails the whodunit murder mystery vibe in "Hayseed." Just like "Knives Out," it keeps you guessing and on the edge of your seat. Burgess's storytelling skills are on full display, crafting a thrilling journey packed with suspects, twists, and suspense. Prepare for a wild ride that'll leave you guessing till the end!
