      Reviews Desperate for money, smooth conman Marty Holland (Hal March) and his best friend, Max (Joe E. Ross), decide to rig the Miss World Wide Beauty contest. Marty plans to enter his former girlfriend, Rita (Jean Willes), in the contest and convinces her to pay for her own entry fee.
