NCIS is without a doubt the best crime procedure/law enforcement series. Further, its production, storyline, characters, and longevity place this show in my top 3 all-time TV shows across all genres. And I say that confidently. It is simply an excellent piece of art. I often find myself returning to watch the series from start to finish every couple of years. To me, it really is that good.
