Virginia Graham The Spectator I have a penchant for films based on fact, but I Was A Communist for the F.B.l. failed to convince me that it had more than a passing contact with reality. acsdoug D If you turn this on expecting to see a good movie you'll be disappointed. If you tune in to see Cold War propaganda featuring every anti-communist trope imaginable during the McCarthy era you'll find it interesting. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 05/09/23 Full Review Audience Member What a bunch of hooey Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/04/23 Full Review deke p Cast! Frank Lovejoy! Phil Carrey (Kappastigma & granny goose!) And the kid who played sky Kings boy. A lot of people grade this movie down because they associate anti-communism with "the red scare" as if there was nothing ever to be scared of. Interesting Plot but I won't give it away. _Sought on the television set a timer to or two Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member Great Cold War era movie!
