At the beginning, it looks like this film is going to be kind of comedic, but it isn't. Also, nothing much happens during the first half-hour, so I stuck with it, hoping my patience would eventually payoff with some horrific scenes or something, but I was wrong. However, what I learned is that one can immediately tell that a person is inbred if he or she has bad teeth and/or a crooked mouth. This movie possibly falls into the category of "folk-horror", and definitely falls into the category of "Oof, that was Rotten."

An unpretentious horror movie that does not want to be taken too seriously. Quite entertaining as long as you keep modest expectations. Weird villagers attacking a group of rebel British youngsters. Simple plot!
