micah c An emotionally charged indie thriller that hits hard with its realism and compassion. It explores addiction, mental illness, and homelessness with sensitivity and honesty. Ross’s direction is tight and confident, balancing suspense with deeply human emotion. The cinematography captures California’s stunning coastlines while mirroring the contrast between beauty and pain. Performances from the entire cast, especially Row and Alig, are powerful and authentic, grounding the story in truth. What makes Invisible stand out is its depth. It’s not just a thriller but a raw exploration of society’s “forgotten” people. It’s beautifully written, emotionally devastating, and ultimately hopeful. This is indie filmmaking at its finest... intelligent, heartfelt, and unforgettable. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 10/16/25 Full Review Ethan M A powerful and thought-provoking thriller Invisible is a gripping and emotional ride that goes far beyond a simple mystery. Matthew Michael Ross delivers a fast-paced psychological drama that makes you think deeply about the people society often overlooks — the homeless, the forgotten, the ones suffering quietly from pain that can’t always be explained. The film’s tone and pacing pull you down the rabbit hole right alongside him. It’s dark, layered, and beautifully executed — a story about friendship, loss, and the invisible struggles many face every day. If you enjoy intelligent thrillers that linger long after the credits roll, Invisible is one to watch. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 10/15/25 Full Review Robert So I wasn't sure where this story was going and once a few things happened the story took on multiple layers of character discovery and a hard look at addiction and those we hurt with it. It's also very self reflective of the characters journey which makes this so enjoyable. The acting is great especially the female leads who are given great character moments. No spoilers here, all I will say is great build up to a great ending. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 10/15/25 Full Review Paul G Invisible is an incredible film that delves into topics rarely discussed in traditional media. Cinematically, the shots are beautiful and the locations used highlight some of the most beautiful places along California's coastline. The setting played into the juxtaposition of beauty and pain and how what is represented on the outside may not reflect what’s underneath. Invisible is a great movie and highly recommended.
