Audience Member Everyone in my family enjoyed watching this together, but, if you can't handle "Glen or Glenda" being discussed, it may be too much for your family. It blends "Mystery Science Theater 3000" hosted by your favorite SCTV/SNL stars with a little sketch comedy and Hollywood History. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/17/23 Full Review Audience Member Its Great. I seen it as child and it had a profound impact on my appreciation for all cinema. I love everything about this charming film. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/10/23 Full Review Audience Member A whimsical look back on and send-up of some movie "classics". Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/25/23 Full Review Audience Member If anything comes from It Came From Hollywood is that it is a reminder to me that I just don't watch enough 3rd & 4th rate movies. There are a lot featured here that I still haven't checked out. Crap cinema that is good to crack wise @ & enjoy a few brews & even in the case of Cheech & Chong smoking a joint. Although it doesn't really hold together as a feature it is a nice predecessor to MST3K where these bad movies are fun to take the piss out of. It's sorta like The Not Ready For Prime Time Players Go to the Movies. Gilda Radner & Cheech & Chong have the best bits as they rib certain genres of this smaltz...Get a buzz on & enjoy Hollywood's 'golden years' Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/27/23 Full Review Audience Member A collection of crap!!! lol! Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/22/23 Full Review Audience Member A good idea at the time and even now still quite funny. A compilation of some of the worst films of all time. Different genres consisted of sci fi films (where aliens tend to say variations of, "Resistance is useless!") and 1950's youth culture films. The rock n' roll generation of the 1950's were a crazy bunch of cats! Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/21/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
