Ultimately it doesn't amount to much, but like Starks' drug-induced trip, The Jacket is about the journey not the destination. Go to Full Review

This horror meets science fiction mindbender wrapped in a twisted love story with suspense focuses on the emotional truths, culminating in a satisfying, rewatchable what if that stays with you long after the viewing ends. Go to Full Review

The Jacket is definitely one of those jumbles of a movie that I would normally rail against. And yet, in this case, the film still somehow manages to hang together as whole. Go to Full Review

The film is energetic. But with a rather conventional love story at its heart -- not particularly convincingly acted by Brody and Knightley -- this is one jacket that doesn't fit. Go to Full Review

Farah R @Farah Sep 22 The Jacket's messy and incoherent plot results in several plot holes and a far-fetched ending. Luckily, the acting is good enough to keep you watching. See more David B Sep 4 A true hidden gem. Makes you appreciate the acting the perfect choice of destination scenes and the production and direction was all top notch. Hollywood really needs to hire tomhoughtful writers and directors such as produced this film. It's a well thought out psychological thriller and strange love story. But it all works. Top marks. See more M7AMD A 10/20/2024 It's not entirely a bad movie but it could have been way better, there were a lot of plot holes and things that didn't make sense in the movie, however the ending was emotional See more Tamara K 09/15/2023 This movie had no point other than showing man's inhumanity to man. See more Jack S 05/07/2023 A good cast is wasted in this depressing and seriously unpleasant film experience. Plus, the time travel nonsense portrayed sometimes baffles the film's continuity—I didn't know whether Brody's character was living/dead or, in the present/past at any given time through several confusing scenes. See more Robert M 03/30/2023 Adrien Brody & Kiera Knightley put on great performances in this thriller that gives off Butterfly Effect/Memento vibes. It's a slow burn at first, but it's brings you in and makes you care for the characters. See more Read all reviews
