I wasn't quite sure how I felt about this movie. I really really wanted to like it and it did have enough to keep me intrigued until the end, but it just didn't deliver as much as I had hoped. Big Adrien Brody fan, and he is great in this. Kind of reminded me of a mix between Jacobs Ladder and The Butterfly Effect. Music was good. Story and pacing was a little clunky. Think it's worth 1 watch, but not one to go back to and rematch.

A good cast is wasted in this depressing and seriously unpleasant film experience. Plus, the time travel nonsense portrayed sometimes baffles the film's continuity—I didn't know whether Brody's character was living/dead or, in the present/past at any given time through several confusing scenes.

Adrien Brody & Kiera Knightley put on great performances in this thriller that gives off Butterfly Effect/Memento vibes. It's a slow burn at first, but it's brings you in and makes you care for the characters.

The Proposal sports a very good cast, but takes too long in discussions to get anywhere fast. After nearly two hours of Movie, I grew bored with it in the long moments. Thus my rating of *2* stars only!!
