Pieter-Jan Van Haecke Psychocinematography Kingdom III is a straightforward action-epic that delivers everything fans of the manga and the anime desire: some intrigue, some subjective secrets, and lots of heroic action. Feb 27, 2024 Full Review Read all reviews

Aluna U *Kingdom 3: The Flame of Destiny* (2023) shifts focus to Eisei’s past, sidelining Shin’s growth and disrupting the film’s pacing and emotional connection. While the story foundation and performances—especially Takao Osawa’s Ouki—remain strong, the battles lack the intensity of previous films due to slower scenes and uneven tension. Despite some technical flaws and an inconsistent portrayal of Shin, the film is still worthwhile for fans invested in the continuing saga. I can't wait to see what happened next. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/14/24 Full Review Himura K Watched bc I am a fan of the manga. I have seen worse live actions. However, the acting is not very good, especially Shin and Ei-Sei seems to be chosen simply due to their athletic ability and looks. Shin tries very hard to look exited or angry, while you can see Ei-Sei's the actor's struggle with appearing serious and proud all the time. All I see is actors not characters if that makes sence. Rolled my eyes more than once. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 11/06/24 Full Review Read all reviews
