Audience Member Ladybugs would never make it today but I still love Rodney Dangerfield and remember laughing at all these dirty jokes when I saw this at a much younger age. I also definitely picked up on twice as many sexual references or innuendos than I had ever realized were in this previously. This is a one star movie that because of Dangerfield's comedy, and a bit of nostalgia, will always get a higher rating from me. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review Audience Member This sports comedy was pretty good. Rodney Dangerfield, Jackee Harry, Jonathan Brandis, Vinessa Shaw, Ilene Graff, and the rest of the cast did a pretty good job in this movie. The plot of the movie was humorous and entertaining. It's a funny story on how to win a soccer championship to get a job promotion. If you haven't seen this movie yet, you'll probably enjoy it. Don't listen to most of the bad reviews this movie got, they have terrible tastes in movies. It was better than I thought it would be. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/18/23 Full Review Audience Member Not anywhere near as good as "Back To School" and it doesn't really pick up until about 30 minutes into it. Has some really funny moments but it could have been better. I was surprised at how much swearing is in this, considering that it focuses on kids. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/01/23 Full Review Audience Member It's better than the reviews, especially if you're a fan of Rodney. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review Audience Member I gave two stars and that is being nice, i remember this movie when it first came out in the 90's. As a kid you don't get the "high brow" comedy but as a adult seeing it you get a laugh. It's alright a boy dresses as a girl to play soccer and has Rodney Dangerfield as a quirky uncle type that takes him under his wing if you will. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/16/23 Full Review Audience Member Every Rodney Dangerfield movie never tends to lack in laughs, and always exhibit great arrays of emotions in the viewer, but yet the movie lacked of some quality as I could find myself being distracted when viewing some scenes in this movie. Altogether the movie does pack a set of laughs but tends to lack entertainment in some scenes along with the producers attempts in trying to hard to make the audience laugh with some of Dangerfield's remarks in the film.
