Norvelia H Dec 3 One of my favourite movies by far! I’ve watched this movie too many times to count. The beginning scene where Morgan freeman is killed always makes me cry. I especially love that they avenged their master and reclaimed his honor. Must watch and well made movie in my opinion! See more Beau G Sep 28 No idea why this movie gets such bad reviews. It's not an amazing movie, by far, but it's definitely not bad. It's just a western variation of the 47 Ronin, though still directed by a Japanese director. The same people giving this movie such bad reviews are probably the same ones who think "The Acolyte" or "Rings of Power" are 5* shows. Clive Owen does a fantastic job, though Morgan Freeman was definitely wasted potential. The movie just doesn't utilize him enough. Worth the watch. See more Bryan S Jul 24 Good, solid movie.
