A Paris police officer commits suicide after becoming the target of an internal investigation, and Det. Gérard Delvaux (Alain Chabat) takes stewardship of the man's informant, or "cousin," Nounours (Patrick Timsit). Gérard is determined to make a dent in the Paris drug trade, and, as he works with Nounours, he develops a grudging respect for the drug dealer. Soon the two men become friends, and Gérard finds the border breaking down between the rule of law and the world of crime.

Audience Member Can't say I understood everything that happened in this movie but I liked it. I also like the affirming of the stereotype of pretty french girls in striped shirts and berets fighting gangsters or whoever currently needs to be beaten up.
