Somewhere in Eastern Europe circa the 19th century, Alexandre (Gregory Hlady) is a vagabond. This refugee from the Russian Empire in search of a true home meets Ulysse (Paul Ahmarani), a kindhearted but physically deformed man who is also looking for acceptance. Driven from normal society, the two settle near a supposedly haunted marsh, but soon a young girl's corpse is discovered nearby. The local villagers wrongfully suspect the two strange newcomers of murder and form a lynch mob.

Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/27/23 Full Review Audience Member ouff.. tellement bizarre...mais incroyablement bon. Paul Ahmarani hallucinant! Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/25/23 Full Review Audience Member That was a real nice surprise!! Very moody and a superb score by Julien Knafo and Stéphane Richer!!!! Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/09/23 Full Review Audience Member Étrange, troublant, magnifique.
