There's a lot to like about the shot-on-the-cheap "#Like," a confident debut from Pirozek. Go to Full Review

Discomfort and confrontation, as well as some difficult dialectic, are definitely Pirozek's aims here. Go to Full Review

Sarah Pirozek weaves an elegant, noirish tragedy on a micro budget, but it's far more effective as a portrait of the miserable discomposure of modern teen life than as a feminist vigilante thriller. Go to Full Review

Give credit to "#Like" for swapping genders in the tortured thriller basement genre, but the groundwork (and performances) are too flimsy that by the time audiences reach a game changing revelation, it'll feel like an afterthought. Go to Full Review

Rather than timely commentary on rape culture, the movie serves up wan plot twists and a shrug of an ending. Go to Full Review

Mickey S 06/23/2023 I was impressed with the acting. Well made. No complaints. Certainly worth watching. I was able to give a review without using 9 words with 13 or 16 letters. Lol Good flick. Enough said. Enjoy! See more 08/08/2022 Very anticlimactic. Went into this pseudo-realistic therapy mode, instead of trying to entertain the viewer. Excellent start to the concept, terrible finish. See more 03/13/2022 It is a violent movie that the producers were scared of putting any violence in, and a trainwreck i would highly advise you do not watch. See more Nathan G 02/27/2022 Ending was very anticlimactic. She had zero concequences for torturing... the wrong person, and you don't figure out who the right person is. Acting was okay I guess. See more Tony E 01/28/2022 About as bad of an ending as a movie can have. Really brought the whole thing down See more 02/18/2021 With an atmospheric backdrop of upstate anywhere USA , this is a landscape where we expect masked predators to creep behind bedroom windows and in backyard woodlands. But the predator here is much more sinister and lives inside the homes and minds of his victims, through social media. The victims are even more powerless than they are against the Kruegers or Voorhees, because they cannot be seen and the crimes are not believed . Add to this the perspective of a teenage mindset and this feminist revenge noir film leaves a quicksand feeling of the terrors of seeking justice in the www world . Sara Rich's performance beautifully navigates all the complexity of her own teenage experience edging into the prematurely adult roles of investigator and enforcer . There is no linear path here, and Pirozek confronts us with many hard questions of who and how justice should be served and who the the juries are in the entangled landscapes of social media.
