Tony Mastroianni Cleveland Press The plot is wildly improbable yet completely predictable. But for all of that Looking for Love is pleasant, a movie that is strictly for fun. Apr 5, 2019 Full Review Read all reviews

Glenn E Just a low-budget vehicle for Francis vocal talents, and unfortunately the script looked like a rush job, using tons of low brow humor, and goofball slapstick. It makes Elvis movies look like Shakespeare productions. Francis made the best of this abomination, but she should have demanded better writing. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/17/23 Full Review Audience Member A movie that's hard not to like. Connie Francis is exceptional in both her acting and singing, and although the plot is not the most expressive vehicle for her talents, the film is infused with happiness and positivity because of Francis. Appearances of Johnny Carson and Danny Thomas anchor it to a certain time period, but it's fun to look back at that time to see how things were. All in all, this one's a winner.
