If you're a fan of the gangster or mafia genre, this film is a worthwhile addition. A lot of its dialogue is not in English, but this keeps the authenticity of the films Montreal setting.

Awful on every level. terrible art direction, terrible story, lukewarm to awful acting, maybe the worst editing I have seen in a long while, the color and look of the picture was inconsistent and terrible, and the musical score stood out at how entirely awful it was. What a mess of a movie. Not even B level fun. It was a D or F level film.
