ryan s 1/5. The single most disturbing and sick movie I have ever seen. It's mostly boring until the 3rd act, which actually made me nauseous. This is by far the least pleasant movie I have ever sat through. I'll give the actors props for their hyperrealistic performances, but never watch this movie. It'll ruin your day. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member very boring, good idea for a horror movie just not executed well. the time spent with Kayla screaming in the box with a dark screen was unbearable I almost shut it off then but waited almost 30 minutes for anything to happen after that. so much more could have been done with this flim. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 01/28/23 Full Review Audience Member Who wants to watch a movie about stupid kids doing stupid things? It's retarded and annoying. The characters are obviously terrible, and the film-style is weak. There isn't much of a plot, or a satisfying ending. Don't waste your time. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/02/23 Full Review Audience Member Ridiculous movie about a group of high school kids who decide to plot a murder for no reason and think they won't get caught. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/05/23 Full Review Audience Member Movie seems much longer than it actually is with an uninteresting story and boring characters. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/29/23 Full Review Audience Member Out of the 184 found footage movies in my collection, this is by far one of the most tediously boring of the bunch. Horrible in every sense of the word. The pacing in this turkey makes a person want to remove their own eyes from their sockets and try to pop them by squeezing them in their own hands. Also, the score (rookie found footage mistake #1) is incredibly mismatched with the mood of virtually every scene of the film that includes music, nipping any sort of tension that the filmmakers (oh, how we throw that word around these days) feebly attempted to create squarely in the bud. The acting was okay enough, considering the mindless, pointless ridiculous drivel they were given to work with, but it doesn't change the fact that the overall entertainment value of Meadowoods is comparable to being pistol-whipped across the skull for 89 minutes.
