David Cornelius DVDTalk.com The film's a big dud, loud and cocky but all too empty. Rated: 2/5 Jun 2, 2006 Full Review Read all reviews

Audience Member A quartet of husbands decide to engage in a all-boys adventure of adultery and debauchery as their wives decide to take a all-girls vacation in Thailand. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/15/23 Full Review Audience Member Men Suddenly In Black is definitely as darkly comical as its predecessor You Shoot, I Shoot, but whether the satire actually serves any legitimate purpose this time, beyond displaying the sheer absurdity of human behaviour of course, is hugely debatable. Pang's sense of humour tends to be rather chauvinistic at times, and Men Suddenly In Black is certainly jam packed with doubtful preconceptions about the roles of the sexes. But the gender issues brought up here are on the other hand most likely to be taken extremely lightly, as the director might simply be pulling all our legs. In any case, the film is absurdly funny, and moves along quite snappily with a creative mock-triad flick set up all the way. A great way to follow up a hit debut. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/29/23 Full Review Audience Member A blue comedy about 4 men wanna 'play'. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/18/23 Full Review Audience Member 名句"唔賭唔知時運高,唔滾唔知身體好"haha Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review Audience Member Pang Ho Cheung is probably the head of the pack of directors working in Hong Kong today that's still making true "Hong Kong" movies, and this is romp about cheating husbands and their pursuing wives took the tropes from HK's 80s golden age comedy and updated it in a mash-up with Infernal Affairs. The result? One of the best film to come out HK in the last five years. Non-cantonese speakers need not apply. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/16/23 Full Review Audience Member This was one of the most stupid premises for a movie... ever... not even vaguely entertaining... would've walked out on it if i wasn't on a plane.. the only good part was that it was a hk movie so was good to see the places around town that i knew.. like pacific place.. not the cyber cafes...
