Mile 22

What to Know

Critics Consensus

Mile 22 lets the bullets fly -- and not much else -- in a thrill-deficient action thriller whose title proves sadly fitting for a film that feels close to a marathon endurance test.

Ben Sachs Chicago Reader I often had trouble understanding what was going on, and since all the characters come off as arrogant jerks, I also found it hard to care. Jan 25, 2019 Full Review Kevin Maher Times (UK) If you fancy 90 minutes of nameless extras getting shot in the face, go ahead. Otherwise, it's mostly the sh---iest of sh---y s--t. Tammy S💜 All I can say it...ACTION ACTION PLOT TWIST 🤯🤯🤯🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. There needs a part 2, One was just not enough ❤ Rated 5 out of 5 stars 11/13/22 Full Review Geke g If you love actions you watch it Rated 5 out of 5 stars 07/26/24 Full Review mareli s Now only in 2024 saw this movie. Loved Mile 22, but as seen with the other reviews it comes down to an intellectual audience. Having a psychology degree myself, the storyline is superbly psychological and intense. Peter Berg's directory was actually very fitting: fast, unusually diabolical and chaotic; just like the mind would react in a trauma situation. Mark Wahlberg did great acting. I really enjoyed this movie! Rated 4 out of 5 stars 07/22/24 Full Review David V Great action popcorn flick, I mainly saw this because of iko uwais, who starred in raid 1 and 2 Rated 5 out of 5 stars 07/19/24 Full Review Tony P It's a solid movie with really good dialogue and fight scenes I just think they could've written a better ending. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 07/02/24 Full Review Ian D A team that has access to all the tech in the world cannot get hold of a helicopter. Stupid film.
