MIND BODY SPIRIT follows Anya, an aspiring yoga influencer, as she embarks on a ritual practice left behind by her estranged grandmother. What starts as a spiritual self-help guide quickly evolves into something much more sinister. As Anya becomes obsessed with the mysterious power of the practice, she unwittingly unleashes an otherworldly entity that begins to take control of her life -- and her videos. Now Anya must race to unlock the truth, before her descent into madness threatens to consume her mind, body and spirit.

Nothing new here. Empty characters and forgettable plot. It could have been a lot better if the main character had more of a personality but she was pretty unlikable and shallow, and the ending was easily predictable.

Good found footage movie. Not great imo. Was able to pick apart what was happening from the very beginning. Not sure if that’s because I watch a lot of FF and horror movies or because it was obvious. Overall, I enjoyed it but wouldn’t watch it again. I’d wait until it’s free on prime or somewhere else instead of spending the $6.00 again.
