      brad p ‘Monochrome' Isn't Quite the Character Study It Strives to Be Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member A decent serial killer movie. Unfortunately, the "neurological condition" the moviemakers seek to introduce is so poorly integrated into the film, all you are left with is a mediocre serial killer movie with no mystery. Everything is openly presented on the screen, with no surprises or big reveal. The only saving grace is the quality acting from Jo woodcock. As for Cosmo Jarvis, I don't know if his performance was limited more by the direction or his own lack of acting skills, but it was ridged, filled with faux emotion and granite like facial expressions.       Andrew Winter Film Inquiry A film dealing with a young woman's disillusionment with money after it wrecks her relationship is one worth telling, but deserves more sophisticated treatment than this.
