Leopoldo Aguilar's picture is animation of the not at all cuddly kind, complete with scenes of an exploding frog, electrocution, female characters in shapes that make Jessica Rabbit look like Twiggy, and clunky to non-existent humour.

It's a good movie for kids to watch every once in and while and an adult too but for the adult I recommend turning your brain off. So overall if your brain is turned off it's not to bad but it is a movie that you'll only watch when you remember it exist and even then only really want to watch it.

Tão bonitinho, essas animações com relação pais e filhos (principalmente paizão solo) fofo, e o bullying retratado de maneira tão corriqueira e triste… E depois o mundo dos monstrinhos, que coisa mais fofa, delicinha para degustar com os baixinhos, fofíssimos e com aquela mensagem de fundo moral para debater com as crianças...
