Audience Member I liked it for several reasons. The acting of Heather Locklear was surprisingly good in my opinion. The portrayal of Jodi as a manipulative therapist who doesn’t even realize she is the manipulative one, was awesome. We all know the story. They didn’t show any “real abuse” to the kids..just little pieces of it enough for the audience to imagine the rest. I was truly entertained. The portrayal of the father as a loving husband and dad whose wife is loosing touch with reality and he doesn’t know what to do..interesting. I just hope he really is that loving dad. The portrayal of Ruby as a manipulated mom, questionable in my opinion. I personally think her motives were mainly egocentric and greedy. Good movie to watch. Very important to see what wrong placed faith and pride can do. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 10/31/24 Full Review Anna M Absolute disgrace. Profiting off the horror those kids went through. This situation and those repulsive women should've never got more attention that they already did.
