Mehta takes his audience behind the curtain of Leone's strategic brand-building - from commercials, to private events, to film sets - yet rarely ever delves deeper than the veneer of her glossy celebrity. Go to Full Review

01/18/2020 I thought this was a well-done, interesting, thought-provoking and honest documentary about an entertainer I had never heard of. Karenjit Kaur Vohra/Sunny Leone's life story, views, and personality were engaging. I read that she didn't support the film in it's finished form, which I was surprised at, given her apparent openness and honesty. See more 09/10/2019 An amazing journey of a very intelligent business woman who happens to be absolutely gorgeous! See more 05/29/2019 It's a propaganda piece that's aiming to get you thinking about Sunny as a Bollywood actress vs the mega porn star. It focuses on her marriage and monogamy and the acceptance she has received from the country of India. See more 04/22/2019 Very informational, we were studying about sex trafficking and porn in my English class, and having an in depth study of the life of sunny kinda helped. I expected this to be absolute trash when this popped up on my netflix, but I was pretty surprised. See more 08/27/2017 A disappointing treatment of what could have been a fascinating story. An Indian-American porn star returns to publicly prudish India to become a Bollywood legend. The (true) story has tremendous potential, but this meandering film never goes below the surface to ask the obvious questions. See more Read all reviews
