Here is yet another French film, pandering to the "school room for the disadvantaged" plot with a top actress in a miscast role. Isabelle Huppert is charming and vulnerable in her role, but the script is meaningless, predictable, and by the halfway point, one really doesn't care what happens to any of the characters. Here's a film that lacks distinct charm and counts on audience relatability to earn points. Give this one a pass, would neither re-watch nor recommend.
