It’s only redeeming quality is the story and plot are interesting and you are kind of forced to stay with it to see how it wraps up. Cuba and Tom Berenger are good actors but look downright silly in this neither one seems like they’ve ever acted before. And Eric Stoltz went for high camp. I assume this is all the Directors fault. Yep, just looked up Rowdy Hereington’s biography - definitely chose the wrong profession!! See more jwcdood @jwcdood 12/17/2023 Watching A MURDER OF CROWS in 2023, it demonstrates itself to be an obviously hollow attempt at 1940s film noir with its screenplay/script, direction and acting coming off as a pretentious dress rehearsal with no functional chemistry whatsoever.
